I absolutely loved my first, and not my last experience! The accommodations were absolutely amazing and was the reset I needed. Each class left me with something different, but all that I needed. I love the community, the movement and the chance to be present for myself.

ESPAÑOL: Para mí, The Experience no es solo un campamento… The Experience es hogar. Es familia. Es expansión. Es ese lugar donde el alma recuerda quién eres y el corazón late más fuerte. Cada segundo ahí te hace sentir visto, acompañado y profundamente amado. Las emociones que despierta en mí son tan inmensas y tan hermosas, que mi corazón no solo se llena… rebosa. Se desborda tanto amor dentro de mí que no puedo hacer otra cosa más que compartirlo con los demás. Mis ojos brillan cada vez que hablo de esta semana mágica. Porque ahí conecto con mi SER, con mi versión más luminosa, más libre, más poderosa. Y esa conexión… no tiene precio. Las personas que conoces, los lazos que creas, la pasión que compartimos por el movimiento, por crecer y por expandirnos… todo eso es simplemente extraordinario. Out of this world experience! Grateful for everything it has to offer 💖 can’t wait to do it again!

This retreat was pure magic. The monestary setting was unreal, like stepping into another world. Between the spinning, yoga, meditation, and the sauna/cold plunge, I felt layers of stress and heaviness just melt off. The instructors were not only amazing teachers, they were holding space in a way that made everything feel safe and powerful. And the entire community is really amazing. I left feeling like I had a new family :) I left feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to myself than I’ve felt in years.
